If you want your body to change, you've gotta shock and traumatize it. I'm going to be doing a whole series of ways you can shock and traumatize your body. I'm also going to be doing a write-up that breaks down this concept and explains WHY it works. For now, give this a try on your own:
-Sprint (til you slow down significantly and your body is shocked)
-do bear crawls (til you slow down significantly and your body is shocked)
-do push ups (til you burn out and hit failure)
-do crab crawls (til you slow down significantly and your body is shocked)

Want to change your body?
Step 1: become conscious of your current daily habits.
Step 2: begin tracking what you're currently doing.
Step 3: analyze the cause (what you ate and did) with the effect (what happened with your body).
Step 4: calibrate and make necessary adjustments.
This is an awesome tool to track what you eat and what you do and what happens as a result. *Word of caution: As we all know by now, it's not so much about the calories as it is about the SOURCE of the calories. Keep this in mind: source come first, calories come second.

Sam WHO?
My mission is to help people take control of their lives: specifically their health and fitness. Things have gotten out of hand in this country. Corporate food manufactures have turned MOST people (yes the majority now) into walking blobs: overweight with no vitality, no energy, no passion, and no hope. I hope to be apart of the reversal of this trend. There are NO quick fixes. No magic pills. The ONLY WAY to achieve health and fitness is to achieve a DESIRE LEVEL CHANGE. To change the CORE of who you are and what you're about. So with this said, some themes of the blog that I will be going into depth about and breaking down to the core will include:
-Moving from temporary motivation toward a true desire level change (no more willpower, a true desire level shift around health and fitness)
-Gaining consciousness of the robot that is your body and mind (time to wake up and realize what has been running your life all along...and it isn't you)
-Discovering and replacing limit beliefs and value systems that you probably didn't even come up with
-Feeding your body for results (the nitty gritty on how to achieve the physical body and energy levels you deserve)
-Playing with form (building your body how YOU want it)
-True overall wellness (emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally)
-Knowing what to do, and DOING what you know (knowledge vs. application; transforming yourself into a DOER, rather than a talker, someone who CONSISTENTLY takes action and follows through)
-Taking control of your health and fitness is a HOBBY, we do it just for fun
-Merging health and fitness (being someone who creates the level of health, fitness and vitality of their choosing)
-Being proactive vs. reactive (this is about taking a vision of who you want to be and turning it into REALITY through your OWN efforts and correctly direct hard work)
-Internalization (where it becomes a part of you, no more thinking about it, you just do it)
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to serve.
